Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time before we send your prescription. You will be fully refunded if we don't prescribe your medication. However, once we've ordered your prescription or completed the Treatment plan, our consultation fee is no longer refundable at that time

Chargeback Policy

The customer agrees not to chargeback any credit card payment. To cancel a transaction, Connect with us in the messaging center in your patient portal to send your cancellation or refund request. In the event that a customer files a chargeback and other payment dispute, they will be considered to be a violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. A collection fee of not less than $500, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation.
