- The referee must be a new Call-On-Doc user only.
- A “new user” is defined as someone who has not previously created a Call-On-Doc
account.
- The credit will be added to the referee’s account once the account is created in the app.
- The referrer will receive the credit when the referred new user completes their
first eligible tele-visit.
- Credit can be applied toward eligible services in accordance with Call-On-Doc’s
standard policies.
- Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
- Call-On-Doc reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke referral credits in
cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
